Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender or waiter to join our team. As a Bartender or waiter, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. You will also provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages.
- You have experience at fine dining restaurant
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized bar or dining room area
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service or bartending industry is essential
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology is required
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is necessary
