Duties
- Perform routine oil changes and automotive fluid replacements efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with tire services including mounting, balancing, and rotation to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Support mechanical repairs by using hand tools and power tools under supervision, including minor mechanical fixes and adjustments.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections such as safety assessments to identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Help with vehicle maintenance tasks like brake inspections, fluid top-offs, and light mechanical repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic vehicle-related questions.
Skills
- Prior quick lube experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential!
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity of standard passenger car operation.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment safely.
- Knowledge of automotive fluids, oil change procedures, tire service, and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform manual tasks throughout the workday.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards team collaboration.
- Basic understanding of automotive repair processes including alignment and minor mechanical repairs.
