- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans.
- Maintain an organized sales environment, keeping track of inventory and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Uphold dealership policies and procedures while adhering to ethical sales practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a dealership or automotive environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette for outbound sales communications.
