What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and support our clinical team
Manage daily back-office operations
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
Maintain clinical excellence and consistency
Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment
Support OSHA and infection control compliance
Collaborate with doctors and management
Help create a positive, accountable, and fun team environment
Provide chairside support when needed
