About the Practice
medprevent premier is a concierge primary care practice in Boca Raton built around preventive, integrative, and whole-person medicine. We keep our panel small on purpose, so our clinical team can do the kind of nursing you got into this field to do — knowing patients by name, catching problems early, and having time to actually care.
We're looking for a Registered Nurse who wants to be a true clinical partner, not a number on a unit. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy and a direct line to the physician. If you're an excellent nurse who's tired of being rushed, this is your seat.

The Role
You will work directly alongside the physician and administrative staff to support daily clinical operations. This is a hands-on clinical role, not administrative. You'll run the clinical floor alongside our provider and will be responsible a meaningful piece of patient communication.

Responsibilities
- Rooming patients, taking vitals, and capturing chief complaints and relevant history
- Performing medication reconciliation and updating the chart accurately
- Phlebotomy, EKGs, and SphygmoCor arterial stiffness testing
- Administering injections and vaccinations per protocol
- Managing medication prior authorizations through to approval
- Assisting the physician during exams and procedures
- Triaging and responding to concierge patient messages in Spruce (our HIPAA-compliant messaging platform) — you'll handle clinical questions within your scope, coordinate next steps, and escalate appropriately, directly easing the messaging load on our physician

Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
- Outpatient, primary care, or ambulatory experience strongly preferred
- Comfort and confidence with EMR and patient-messaging platforms (experience with athenaOne or similar a plus)
- Sound clinical judgment and the maturity to triage messages independently and know when to escalate
- Strong phlebotomy and EKG skills; willingness to learn SphygmoCor if new to you
- Warm, professional communication style that fits a concierge patient experience
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable owning tasks end-to-end (especially prior auths)
