About the Role
- Build and maintain relationships with families, referral partners, and local organizations
- Lead tours, outreach efforts, and community engagement activities
- Support occupancy goals through consistent follow‑up and professional communication
- Guide prospective residents and families through the move‑in process with clarity and compassion
- Represent the community with warmth, professionalism, and a resident‑centered mindset
- Track leads, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with leadership
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills — warm, clear, and confident
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
