About Us
We are a local real estate investment and house-flipping company that renovates 40–60 homes per year throughout Chattanooga and North Georgia. We are looking for dependable individuals to help clean out vacant homes before renovations begin.
Most of our projects involve removing furniture, trash, debris, household items, and general contents from vacant properties, including occasional hoarder houses.
Compensation
- $200 per 30-yard dumpster filled
- Most team members fill multiple dumpsters per week
- Typical earnings range from $25–$35+ per hour depending on production
- Average workload is 4–8 dumpsters per week
Position Overview
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to become full-time for the right person.
You will work independently or with a small team cleaning out vacant houses and preparing them for renovation. We are looking for someone who can work hard without constant supervision and take ownership of their responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Clean out vacant residential properties
- Remove furniture, trash, debris, and unwanted household contents
- Load dumpsters efficiently and safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document progress through our company app
- Communicate regularly with project managers
- Follow company procedures and safety standards

Requirements
- Able to lift heavy items repeatedly
