The Office of Communications & Marketing at Bryn Mawr College invites applications for a Director of Marketing to serve as the institution’s inaugural lead marketing strategist and a key advisor to senior leadership . The successful candidate will be r esponsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that advance institutional priorities, particularly enrollment growth, brand strength, visibility, reputation, and alumn ae/ i engagement. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, overseeing end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization.
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Strategic Communications and Media Relations , the Director will collaborate closely with communications and marketing colleagues r esponsible for content generation , creative design, and the College’s website . The role is an advisor and producer of content in a variety of media formats for campus units such as admissions, alumn ae/ i r elations, external relations , and academic leadership . The Director will be responsible for developing and aligning marketing efforts with institutional goals through effective use of data, technology, and creative storytelling.
