CNA (CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE)

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, ambulation, and transfers
Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
Help residents with medication management, as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive care environment
Requirements:
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents (up to 50 pounds)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
