Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Bridal Consultant to join our team part-time on evenings + weekends. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to brides, guiding them through the process of selecting a wedding gown.
Duties
- Assist brides find their wedding gowns and accessories.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on style, fit, and trends to enhance the customer experience.
- Communicate with clients via phone and in-person to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
- Stay informed about current bridal trends, designers, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong retail sales experience with a focus on personal shopping.
- An outgoing, kind and easy-going personality with a knack for meshing well with many different types of people.
- Ability to keep cool under pressure and handle stressful situations with grace.
- A proven track-record of dependability on the job.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A strong sense of personal style is a plus.
Weekend + evening availability is a must.
