General Managers and/or Assistant Managers are required to work 40-43 hours per week and able to stand 6 to 8 hours per shift.
You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills.
Job duties include but are not limited to:

Oversees 25 to 50 employees

Meets or exceeds financial goals and keeps controllable expenses with the guidelines established

Supervise and manage inventory/merchandise

Recruit and hire staff/associates for your store.

Keeping employee turnover to a minimum

Execute store promotion and sales within the set time frame

Ensures security measures are being practiced by the staff/associates understands & enforces procedures regarding shoplifting, scammers and employee theft.

Keep up with the current fashions
Qualifications:

Management Experience in Retail preferred

Strong communication and follow-through skills

Computer skills - basic understanding of emails, spreadsheets, and word documents

Sales driven, goal oriented, and honest
