Job Description: Delivery Associate $21.25 Full-Time Open Availability
As a Delivery Associate, you'll operate a company-provided delivery van, work independently while being supported by an experienced operations team, with opportunities to grow into Lead Drivers, Dispatch Shift Captains, Operations, Fleet and/or Management roles.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid U.S. Driver's License (Good Driving Record)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Pass a 5-panel pre-employment drug test
- Pass a background check
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely enter and exit a delivery van throughout the day
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
Position Details and Compensation:
- $21.25 per hour
- Paid weekly
- 4-day work week (Need Open Availability)
- 3 days off a week

What You'll Do:
- Safely deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial customers
- Operate a company-provided delivery van
- Load and organize packages for your route
- Follow delivery routes using Amazon technology and utilize other mobile applications
- Maintain safe driving habits and follow all traffic laws
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Communicate with dispatch throughout the day
- Complete deliveries efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards

Work Environment:
