Pay Range: $22-25/hr. Immediate opening for full-time Maintenance Technician with minimum 2 years' experience who will be responsible for maintaining 100 unit townhouse complex. Compensation based on experience.
The Maintenance Technician performs all the following, including tasks assigned by management:

proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry troubleshooting techniques.

knowledge of apartment maintenance best practices and procedures.

familiarity with using an ohmmeter for electrical & HVAC testing.

experience and certification of residential HVAC systems.

discipline to selfsupervise promoting a positive work culture.

2 years' experience as Maintenance Technician or similar skill set

Valid Driver's License

Scheduled hours are 8am to 5pm., MF. Some overtime and after hour emergency reporting is required.
