Marketing & Engagement Coordinator
YOUR PURPOSE:
As Mike Albert’s Marketing & Engagement Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across digital channels, community partnerships, and events. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll help deliver marketing campaigns, support engaging experiences, and ensure everything we put into market reflects our brand. Success in this role means consistently executing high-quality marketing activities that drive engagement, support pipeline growth, and create positive brand experiences—while proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and processes.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team and contribute to a wide variety of marketing and engagement efforts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Execute day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels, including social media publishing, email campaign deployment, and website content updates to support campaign performance and audience engagement

Create and format marketing assets that align with brand standards for use across digital and print platforms

Track and report on marketing performance (email, social, web), ensuring accuracy and consistency and surfacing insights to improve future campaigns

Support community engagement efforts and partnerships with well-known local and regional organizations to strengthen brand presence and relationships

Assist in planning, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations that deliver measurable engagement and positive attendee experiences

Assist with coordinating our trade show presence, including logistics, materials, vendor coordination, and on-site support

Support internal associate engagement initiatives, meetings, events and communications

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing materials and event assets are delivered on time and on brand

Stay organized while managing multiple projects and deadlines

Ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints in line with brand guidelines
-
Stay curious and up to date on marketing tools, trends, and best practices and apply learnings to improve execution

WHAT HELPS YOU STAND OUT

Familiarity with social media tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems

Comfortable working with basic marketing analytics (e.g. email performance, social engagement, website metrics) and using data to inform decisions

You’ve embraced AI and continuously find new ways to leverage its capabilities

Interest or experience in event planning, trade shows, or experiential marketing
-
Photography, videography, and/or basic editing skills
-
Basic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools)

Strong ownership mindset, you take initiative, follow through on details, and look for ways to improve processes
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Up to 5 years of relevant experience including recent graduates
-
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, ability to write clearly, speak confidently, and keep internal customers updated

Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and a high level of comfort learning new marketing technologies, social media platforms, email tools, and CMS

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite including, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, with a preference for Canva

You respect Brand Integrity and have an eye for design

Proactive, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your work, ability to follow through and look for ways to improve

Personal flexibility to attend events and activations outside of traditional business hours, occasional evening and weekend work

This is an in office role and balances in-office collaboration with travel

A valid driver license and a good driving record
