Ramex Excavating is looking for an experienced Job Site Foreman to join our growing team. We are a mass excavation and underground utility contractor serving the greater Seattle area. We are looking for a motivated leader who can manage crews, keep projects on schedule, and maintain a safe, productive job site.
Position Details
- Full-time
- Day shift
- Competitive pay DOE (Depending on Experience)
- Projects located throughout Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, and surrounding areas
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews on excavation and utility projects
- Coordinate daily job site activities to keep work on schedule
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure work is completed safely and meets project quality standards
- Plan manpower, equipment, and materials needed for daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Qualifications
- Previous experience running construction job sites
- Experience with mass excavation and underground utility construction preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Team player who works well with others
- Quick learner
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
