As an Automotive Express Lube Technician, you'll play an important role in helping our customers keep their vehicles running at their best by:
- Performing oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance services
- Conducting multi-point vehicle inspections
- Identifying and communicating additional maintenance recommendations to service advisors and customers
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and according to manufacturer standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Following all dealership and safety procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an Express Lube Technician or in automotive maintenance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Candidates must successfully complete:
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
- Background check
- Pre-employment drug screening and physical
