Lexus of Watertown is a busy, customer-focused dealership committed to providing top-tier service and convenience. We are expanding our valet service team and looking for dependable individuals to support our pickup and delivery operations.
Job Summary
As a Valet Pickup & Drop-Off Driver / Dispatcher, you will be responsible for transporting customer vehicles to and from our dealership for service appointments while coordinating schedules to ensure efficiency and excellent customer satisfaction.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles safely and on time
- Perform vehicle walkarounds and document condition
- Follow all dealership safety protocols
- Schedule and coordinate daily pickup/drop-off routes
- Communicate with service advisors, drivers, and customers
- Adjust schedules based on traffic, demand, and service timing
Requirements
- Must have great attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Friendly and customer service focused.
- Must be a team player.
- Previous customer service and hospitality experience is a plus.
- Must have strong communications skills.
- Must be organized.
- Must be personable and comfortable interacting with our guests daily.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
