We're looking for a Store Manager who wants to build something, grow into more responsibility, and represent that community well every single day.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Manage inventory and vendor deliveries, with a strong focus on keeping tobacco/nicotine and other key categories in stock
- Run monthly expiration audits and maintain product freshness standards
- Hire, train, and schedule store staff using our standardized onboarding and training materials
- Lead by example on customer service, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Keep fridges, storage rooms, and back-of-house areas organized and audit-ready
- Create a welcoming, hospitable experience for every customer, reflecting the diverse community we serve
- Participate in regular performance check-ins and work toward store-specific improvement goals
- Report to ownership/GM with clear, honest updates on store performance and staffing needs
What We're Looking For
- Prior retail, convenience store, or restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities
- Reliable, hands-on leadership style — willing to work the floor, not just the office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred, given the community we serve
- Basic comfort with POS systems and inventory tracking
- Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need constant oversight to get things done
