We're equally committed to developing the next generation of clinicians. Our Brighter Minds Fellowship Program supports graduate students completing supervision and preparing for the BCBA exam, while newly certified BCBAs receive dedicated coaching, mentorship, and collaboration from experienced clinical leaders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee and supervise ABA services within a center-based setting
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment recommendations
- Mentor, train, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete required clinical documentation and reports
- Provide direct clinical services when appropriate
- Foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative clinic environment
What We're Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required)
- Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or eligibility to obtain licensure (Required)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Required)
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
- A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care
