We're looking for two goal-oriented candidates with strong work ethics to join our recruiting team. You can work in any or our specialties, such as legal, accounting & finance, construction, restoration, collections, sales & marketing, IT, or bring your own specialty to grow a business within a business.

Work closely with your clients to understand their requirements and find solutions to their recruitment needs
- Locate, interview, and prepare candidates for interviews
- Handle all negotiations and close deals
- Stay organized and maintain ongoing communications with clients and candidates

Excellent phone skills
- No fear of dialing a phone and calling new people each day
- An openness to training and mentoring
- Successful track record as a salesperson, account executive, business development professional, territory manager or recruiter
