We are looking for an experienced Lawn Care Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and has hands-on experience managing lawn care crews and maintaining commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead lawn care crews.
- Schedule daily jobs and ensure work is completed on time.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Operate and oversee the use of lawn care equipment.
- Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous lawn care and landscaping management experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Knowledge of mowing, edging, trimming, fertilization, and landscape maintenance.
