Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week + Potential Overtime
Pay: Up to $35.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Commercial Duct Installers for a long-term commercial construction project. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for qualified candidates. We are seeking dependable professionals with strong commercial HVAC and sheet metal experience who can work independently and contribute to a productive jobsite.

Install, assemble, and secure commercial duct systems

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings

Measure, cut, and fit duct components to project specifications

Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and support of ductwork

Maintain compliance with all jobsite safety requirements

Work effectively with project supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules

Minimum 4 years of commercial sheet metal or duct installation experience

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and duct installation practices

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Ability to lift, carry, and position duct materials throughout the workday

Pay up to $35.00/hour based on experience
