We are seeking an experienced Lead Ultrasound Technologist to join a fast-paced healthcare team in Boston, MA. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with strong OB/GYN ultrasound experience who are ready to take on a leadership role.
Requirements:
- RDMS Certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Level II OB/GYN ultrasound experience
- Associate degree or completion of a 2-year patient-based allied health program preferred (Ultrasound, Medical Sonography, or Radiology)
- Armed Forces equivalent medic/corpsman program also accepted (DD-214 required as proof)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily operations of the ultrasound department
- Provide technical and administrative support to the team
- Maintain high-quality patient care and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and administration
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies and professional standards
Pay: Up to $133,500.00 per year
