Job Description: NOLO’s Home Care is looking for caring and compassionate Certified PCA's, and Certified HHA's to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. NOLO’s Home Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client's quality of life
· Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions
· Maintain regular communication with supervisor and office staff
· Companionship and conversation to clients
· Providing stabilization and assistance with walking
· Light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens etc.)
· Meal preparation
· Medication and appointment reminders
· Assistance with grooming and bathing
· Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
· Running errands
· Accompanying clients to appointments (if needed)
Requirements:
· Current PCA, or HHA certification with evidence of NYS Home Care Registry enrollment.
· Must have reliable transportation to visit client homes
· Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
· At least one (1) years minimum experience caring for seniors
· Must provide positive professional references illustrating experience

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
