Job Title: Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice
Employment Type: Full-Time
Starting Wage: Approximately $18.36/hour (with regular increases as you progress through the apprenticeship)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Work Location: On-site (travel throughout the Morgantown area and surrounding regions)
About the Role:
As a Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced union professionals to install, maintain, and service fire protection sprinkler systems. You will develop hands-on expertise in:
- Pipe installation and fitting (cutting, threading, joining)
- NFPA 13 and fire code standards
- Blueprint reading and project layout
- Safety protocols and equipment operation
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have other than dishonorable discharge from military (if applicable)
- Must be physically fit to do the work of the trade or job position
- Must be mentally fit to obtain and maintain all certifications and licenses required by Brewer & Company and the authorities with jurisdiction where we perform work.
- Must be able to pass appropriate drug test and medical exam (paid for by employer)

- Prior trade experience
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
