Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor General Managers and Assistant GMs to foster high engagement and operational success

Maintain and promote Wingstop’s unique company culture across all locations

Support restaurant teams to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence

Train and develop management staff, managing career growth and setting clear performance standards

Drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company programs and marketing efforts

Collaborate with support personnel to identify and implement operational improvements
-
Develop and execute business plans to enhance restaurant performance and sales

Manage financial performance, including budgeting, analysis, and improving EBITDAR
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred

Minimum 18 months multi-unit management experience preferred; internal candidates require 12-18 months as General Manager at Wingstop with proven success

Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual industry operations, labor laws, food safety, and local health regulations

Proficient in financial analysis, staffing, and business acumen related to running a full business unit

Experience with local store marketing and various technology systems including Microsoft Office
