We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to help oversee daily office operations and support the continued growth of our company.
This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, follows through on responsibilities, and enjoys keeping people, schedules, records, and processes organized. The Office Manager will play a key role in helping our team operate efficiently, professionally, and with accountability.
Position Responsibilities
The Office Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and responding to company emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Overseeing daily office operations and helping maintain organization throughout the business.
- Managing and supporting the company schedule to help field operations run smoothly.
- Preparing payroll on Mondays and ensuring payroll information is accurate.
- Inputting payroll receipts on Fridays and maintaining proper payroll documentation.
- Handling commission emails as they come in.
- Monitoring and responding to Google reviews in a professional and timely manner.
- Completing lead reports to help track company opportunities and performance.
- Completing matrix reports to support operational visibility and accountability.
- Completing performance reports to help leadership evaluate company and team progress.
- Reviewing fuel invoices, confirming mileage, matching receipts, and helping ensure accurate QuickBooks records.
- Reviewing employment applications and conducting phone interviews as needed.
- Supporting onboarding by setting up new hires properly and professionally.
- Supporting offboarding by removing former employees from systems, access points, and records as needed.
- Coordinating drug screening requirements as part of the hiring and employment process.

- Maintain accurate records for payroll, commissions, reports, invoices, receipts, mileage, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and drug screening.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails, reviews, internal requests, and time-sensitive administrative needs.
- Protect financial accuracy by verifying receipts, mileage, invoices, and QuickBooks documentation.
- Take ownership of responsibilities without unnecessary delay.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee, applicant, payroll, and company information.
- Contribute to a workplace culture built on accountability, teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement.

- QuickBooks experience or similar accounting software experience.
- Hiring, onboarding, or HR support experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in a home service, construction, trade, or field-service business is a plus.
