Responsibilities
o Provide new members with a full description of all medicine options offered.
o Provide guidance and education to each patient with medical cannabis needs.
o Assist every patient to ensure he or she is receiving the correct medication that will best benefit the patient’s specific illness and medical condition.
o Ensure all intake forms and other paperwork are properly completed and filed correctly.
o Enter all appropriate information in the system for future reference.
o Provide exceptional customer care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
o Maintain and update databases as needed.
o Fulfillment of customer orders.
o Responsible for the sale and promotion of all products.
o Build and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.
o Keep a clean working area and sample products on display.
o Provide support on reporting and maintenance of office policies and procedures.
o Responsible for the cleanliness of the working area and common areas.
o Balance the cash register used at the ending of each shift.
o Count and record product inventory in the daily store closing.
o Provide support to front desk area, when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.50 per hour
