BRIEF DESCRIPTION / POSITION SUMMARY
Yorkville High School has an opening for a English 1 Teacher for the summer school session 2. The courses will run four (4) days per week, five (5) hours per day. Session 2 July 6-9, 13-16, 20-23, from 8:00 am to 1:00pm.

Prior experience in teaching high school English preferred but not required

Prior experience teaching in diverse setting preferred but not required

Willingness to participate in a comprehensive professional/course development program prior to summer school session required

Strong communication and advocacy skills preferred
Hourly Rate: $32.00
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
Must have a valid Illinois Professional Educators License and be endorsed in English.
