Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) PRN as needed
Job Summary:
WeCare at Rolling Meadows, a premier healthcare organization, is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic team on a per-diem basis. As an LPN with WeCare, you will provide essential nursing care, including monitoring patient health, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care. Job Duties:
- Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's medical status upon admissions and throughout the course of treatment.
- Provide regular patient status updates.
- Assist in implementing patient's treatment plan under direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Supervise, administer, and/or assist with medications.
- Provide direct care of residents as necessary.
- Follow the plan of care for each resident.
- Ensure the residents' care standards are maintained.
- Report to the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the State of PA
