Fleur Pet Hospital is your trusted veterinarian providing wellness exams, emergency care, microchipping, vaccinations, dental care, and more for cats, dogs, rabbits, pocket pets, avians, and pot-bellied pigs in Des Moines, Indianola, Norwalk, Runnells, Altoona, Carlisle, Urbandale, and West Des Moines. Located in the heart of Des Moines, we’ve been serving local families and their pets for decades. What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with billing inquiries
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, welcoming, and organized
- Order and recording inventory of prescription diets
- Support the veterinary team with client follow-ups and daily administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in veterinary reception
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfort working with computers, phone systems, and scheduling software
- Ability to stay calm and helpful during busy times
- A love for animals and a desire to support their care

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30 - 5:30
Wednesday 8 - 12 every 3rd week
