Crossroads to Wellness is an established private practice seeking a compassionate and dependable Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a part-time employee.
This position offers a flexible schedule of approximately 15–30 hours per week, with compensation ranging from 40-50/hr based on experience, licensure, specialized training, and other relevant qualifications. Afternoon/evening availability is strongly preferred due to client demand.
Clinical supervision is available if needed.
About the Position
Crossroads to Wellness specializes in working with children and adolescents experiencing concerns related to trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, and other mood-related concerns.
Much of our work with adults involves parenting support, family dynamics, and improving the home environment, although therapists may also provide individual therapy to adults. Depending on experience and interest, the therapist may also provide family therapy and facilitate therapeutic groups.

Responsibilities
- Complete mental health assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Provide family therapy when appropriate and within the therapist's scope of competence.
- Facilitate therapeutic groups as opportunities arise.
- Complete accurate, professional clinical documentation within established timeframes.
- Maintain appropriate communication and coordination regarding client care.
- Participate in staff meetings, consultation, and supervision as required.
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, professional ethics, practice policies, and applicable state regulations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
- Current license or eligibility for licensure in the State of Utah.
- We will consider associate level applicants as well as independently licensed clinicians.
- Clinical supervision is available if needed.
- Knowledge of child and adolescent growth and development, including the ability to recognize typical versus clinically significant behavioral and emotional concerns.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and work collaboratively with clients, families, colleagues, and community professionals.
- Ability to use standard computer programs and electronic clinical documentation systems.
- Reliable, organized, and able to complete documentation and other responsibilities independently and on time.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
