Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health

Job Details

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position requiring 2+ years of experience and an active state license.

Minimum 2 years of recent physical therapy experience required
Active state PT license required if applicable
Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted, must not expire within first 30 days of assignment)
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
One professional reference required (two references required for Florida and Missouri candidates)

Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be considered
US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSNs accepted)
