POSITION: Construction Superintendent — Full-Time
We're looking for a Construction Superintendent who wants to grow with a successful, expanding construction company. If you run tight jobsites, hold crews accountable, and take ownership of the build from mobilization to closeout, we want to talk.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES — OWN THE JOBSITE:
- Manage all on-site operations across all phases of commercial construction
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors, crews, and trades to keep work on schedule
- Read, interpret, and enforce blueprints, specs, and layout
- Build and maintain the project schedule; identify and resolve delays before they hit the critical path
- Conduct daily coordination with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors
- Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation
- Enforce quality control and ensure work meets plan, code, and company standards
- Manage material deliveries, staging, and site logistics
- Lead safety on-site — enforce all procedures, rules, and regulations; maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Be able to run day and night shifts as project needs require
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take charge of a full jobsite — not just small tasks. Strong leadership and communication skills. Highly organized and punctual. A team player who holds others to a high standard and takes pride in delivering quality work on time and on budget.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Extensive experience in commercial construction (5+ years preferred)
- Prior experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Lead Foreman
- Proficient in metal and wood framing and all phases of commercial construction
- Proven ability to read blueprints, manage layout, and coordinate multiple trades
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle to travel to job sites
- OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain)
