Bookkeeper
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Bookkeeper to join our office team.
Requirements:
3days a week, 5 hrs per day.
Experience with operating Quickbooks Online.
Responsibilities and qualifications:
- Add customers to database.
- Set up invoicing and process transactions via quickbooks online.
- Spreadsheets with Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and numbers.
- Ability to read company documentation.
Pay rate:
$22/hr on payroll, 3 days a week, 5 hrs per day.
Schedule:
3 days a week, 5 hrs per day. Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Experience:
Must have Quickbooks experience.
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)
- QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)
