Key Responsibilities:
· Providing crisis support and psychosocial rehabilitative services under the supervision of the Clinical Director.
· Assisting clients in managing emergency mental health crises and transitioning back into the community.
· Delivering psychosocial rehabilitative services, including:
- Transporting clients to essential services.
- Monitoring and assisting with medication.
- Educating clients in daily living skills within a crisis residence, such as personal hygiene, house cleaning, cooking, and using transportation.
- Documenting and consulting on the support services provided, focusing on clients' progress towards goals.
- Training clients in social and behavioral skills, working individually to achieve crisis response plan goals.
- Implementing specific interventions to improve coping skills, personal behavior, and use of community supports.
- Participating in client status review meetings, documentation, and staff training sessions.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
· Demonstrated ability to provide effective emergency mental health services through education, training, personal aptitude, and relevant life experience.
