American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CVPC) night shift position in Asheville, NC, requiring a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and an active NC or compact RN license.

Work in a Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CVPC) within a hospital setting

Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

13-week contract

Active NC or compact RN license required

Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in a cardiovascular progressive care or telemetry setting

Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start

NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required for PCU/Tele RNs

US SSN and date of birth required for consideration — no Canadian SSNs accepted

One professional reference required

No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
