Job Description:
RGEC is an educational enrichment program that provides before-school, after-school, and summer programming at multiple APS elementary school sites.
Our typical program hours are:
Before School Program: 6:30 AM – 8:45 AM
After School Program: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the program at their assigned site, ensuring a safe, structured, and engaging environment for students and staff. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, as well as a commitment to supporting student success and program quality.
Key responsibilities include supervising students and instructional staff, supporting daily enrichment activities, maintaining student sign-in and sign-out procedures, and ensuring accurate attendance tracking in the program’s online system. Site Supervisors also serve as the primary point of communication between the program coordinator, school staff, families, students, and instructors.

Experience:
Childcare experience (Minimum 3 years required)
Certifications (Preferred):
First Aid Certification
CPR Certification
