What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, local authorities, and/or site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, perimeter zones, and other restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or permissions, and document visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site policies.

Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol activity, incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations, and support security-related operations during routine and emergency conditions.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A TSA issued TWIC is required.

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
