We’re looking for an energetic, dependable Barista who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Whether you’re already an experienced barista or eager to learn specialty coffee, we’ll teach you our systems and recipes. We’re looking for someone who is positive, hardworking, and excited to be part of a growing local business..
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, matcha, teas, refreshers, and seasonal beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every guest interaction
- Operate the Toast POS system and accurately process transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Prepare house-made syrups, cold foams, and ingredients
- Restock coffee beans, retail merchandise, pastries, and supplies
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Help merchandise products and maintain an inviting café
- Contribute creative ideas for drinks, promotions, and customer experience
- Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining quality
Prior experience preferred
- Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Available mornings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Passion for coffee and continuous learning
- Able to stand for 6–hours
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
