Full Time, Temp to Hire, 1st and 2nd Shift Machine Operators needed in Watertown, WI

Hours:

1st Shift Hours: 5:30am – 2:30pm (Overtime as production demands including weekends)

2nd Shift Hours: 1:50pm – 11:00pm (Overtime as production demands including weekends)

2nd Shift Hours: 2:20pm – 11:30pm (Overtime as production demands including weekends)

Pay: $18-$22 hr

Responsibilities:

Operate and learn different machines/positions on the line which may include:

Proper set up and teardown of equipment

Accurately perform SAP transactions in regard to job duties

Take ownership for your personal safety and the safety of all Members working around you

Experience:

Machine Operator background preferred
Ability to obtain forklift certification and maintain a good safety record if job duties require a forklift
SAP experience preferred but not required

Skills and Competencies:

Basic Mechanical skills /aptitude necessary for equipment set up and operation
In depth knowledge of equipment functions and the ability to assist in troubleshooting
Ability to read and understand a production schedule
Identify and resolve potential problems
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Must have desire to learn and grow and share information with fellow Members
Willingness to continuously improve performance and job knowledge
Excellent prioritization skills
Must have a very keen eye for visual inspection purposes and a strong attention to detail as it relates to product quality
Excellent attendance and performance record
Proactive team player, dependable and detail oriented
Must be able to identify Critical Control Points (CCPs) and maintain all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Must be able to read/write and complete production documentation accurately
Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Physical Demands:

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
