What you'll do
You're the front line, and you make our front line look and feel as great as it does. A normal shift includes:
- Greet every guest with a smile and a warm hello—make sure they leave highly satisfied
- Run a station: grill, fryers, board, drive-thru, or dining room
- Prepare made-to-order food with cleanliness, freshness, and quality every time
- Follow strict sanitation and food safety protocols (gloves on for ready-to-eat food, every time)
- Measure and portion ingredients exactly per company standards
- Work safely around hot surfaces and equipment
- Discard expired or improperly stored products
- Jump in at other stations when the team needs it
- Show up on time and work your scheduled hours
- Have fun—the busy shifts go faster when the crew clicks
What we're looking for
- A good attitude and a strong work ethic
- Reliable—if you're scheduled, you're there
- Friendly with guests and teammates
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Must be at least 16 years old
That's it. You don't need restaurant experience. You don't need a fancy résumé. You just need to want to work and want to grow.
Physical requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Bend, reach, twist, and climb a step ladder as needed
- Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Work in a hot, noisy, fast-paced environment
