Preferred Qualifications
IICRC Certification (WRT, ASD, AMRT, or similar) is highly preferred but not required.
Candidates with restoration certifications will be given priority consideration; however, experienced applicants without certifications are encouraged to apply.
Job Summary
Travel to residential and commercial properties to perform water damage mitigation and mold remediation services.
Responsibilities
- Set up and monitor drying and dehumidification equipment
- Remove damaged materials and contents
- Perform mold treatment and remediation
- Document moisture readings and job progress
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with clients
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions
- Restoration, construction, mitigation, or remediation experience preferred
- IICRC Certification is a strong advantage but not required
- Valid driver's license preferred
