Banquet Floor manager
Experience in BOH & FOH
Is able to multitask , run an event, Schedule staffing an event, Expedite floor plans
Take inventory and order Liquor as well as ordering Linen
set room on each event
Supervise Cocktail Hour and Staff
Train Staff
Attend weekly BEO, Communicate with Chef on Buffet & Sit down Dinners
Communicate with FOH to be able to execute events the way they were sold and make them successful .
Variable 50 hour work week
