**Job Title:** Inside Sales Representative
**Overview:**
We're looking for a reliable, well-spoken and energetic person who is comfortable answering phones and talking with a variety of people. Our Inside Sales Representatives are expected to maintain both high customer satisfaction and sales volume, so the successful candidate will have strong communication skills, an ability to multitask efficiently, and a commitment to setting and reaching yearly goals.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Construction experience is a plus.
**Duties:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or inside sales roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
