THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR ENTRY-LEVEL GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
THE SCHEDULE:
This role is a full-time schedule working the afternoon shift 2 pm – 10 pm. You may be scheduled any day of the week, depending on business needs.
YOUR ROLE:
As an entry-level Guest Services Representative, every day is a new adventure in creating unforgettable experiences. You warmly greet guests as they arrive, making check-ins and check-outs seamless and enjoyable. You assign rooms with care, accommodating special requests whenever possible. On the morning shift, you prepare for the day ahead, collaborating with other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly. On the afternoon shift, you welcome guests back from their adventures, assisting with requests and making them feel at home. Keeping the front desk pristine and organized, you confidently handle daily reports and address any guest concerns with positivity and professionalism. Your passion for hospitality shines through, and as you gain valuable experience, you're setting the stage for future leadership opportunities.
