Overview
Leading Edge Scaffold is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Estimator to join our Las Vegas team. This is an entry-level position, and no estimating or construction experience is required. We are willing to train the right person from the ground up.
Our estimators work on a wide variety of commercial construction projects throughout Las Vegas, including casinos, hotels, stadiums, data centers, hospitals, high-rises, commercial buildings, and entertainment venues.
The majority of the job consists of reviewing construction drawings, performing detailed takeoffs in Bluebeam Revu, and building accurate estimates using Microsoft Excel. You will learn how scaffold, swing stages, hoists, shoring, and other access systems are estimated and priced.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly. This is a position where you will be given responsibility early. You will receive training and support, but we do not micromanage. As you develop, you will be responsible for preparing complete bids and managing your own workload.
There is significant opportunity for advancement for someone who demonstrates the ability and desire to grow.
