Your Impact as an AT&T Account Associate:
- Engage with customers in-person and create positive first impressions through strong communication and sales conversations
- Explain AT&T plans, devices, and service options clearly as a knowledgeable AT&T Account Associate
- Participate in daily coaching designed specifically for entry level team members developing sales skills
- Track customer interactions and account updates accurately while learning territory management
- Collaborate with other AT&T Account Associate team members to improve techniques and hit shared sales goals
- Provide a professional customer experience that builds trust and long-term relationships
