In this role you will be:
- Performing exacting layout for cutting work
- Cutting concrete on interior and exterior slabs, walls, overhangs, pre-cast building components etc.
- Utilizing various types equipment such as: Hydraulic hand saws, Concrete Chain Saws, Gas Powered Quick Cut and Walk-behind saws, and Core Drilling Equipment.
- Utilizing power tools effectively and safely to sharpen up or clean up rough cuts.
- Working at heights in aerial lifts, scissor lifts or on scaffolding.
- Reviewing completed work daily to ensure that there is no re-work required. This includes a crew review of all work installed daily prior to turning the work over for inspection by Customer or Municipality.
- Prioritizing the work required based on project goals and objectives with the project team.
- Interacting with professionals of your caliber and potentially leading and empowering a team of up and comers.

Experience / Capabilities Required for top compensation:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Cutter within the commercial construction industry.
- Familiarity with and capability to operate all cutting equipment and cutting techniques mentioned above is a must.
- Ability to operate various power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to use a Smart Phone for Electronic Time, Daily Reports, Change Order Management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project schedules accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- This job requires a clean background, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation
