STYLEXCHANGE is looking for a full-time or part-time Sales Associate/Stylist to join our Mount Pleasant team. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, motivated, and excited to help customers feel confident through personalized styling and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
● Create a welcoming, fun, and engaging shopping experience for every customer
● Build genuine relationships with customers and provide personalized styling recommendations
● Assist customers in fitting rooms, help build complete outfits, and drive sales
● Operate the register and process transactions accurately
● Help maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor
● Restock merchandise and support daily store operations
● Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and create a positive work environment
● Stay up to date on current fashion trends and product knowledge
Qualifications:
● Passion for fashion, styling, and current trends
● Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
● Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with customers
● Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
● Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
● Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays
● Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented culture
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
